Calvary Ministry Institute (CMI) is a ministry that functions out of Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley that allows you to pursue and further your calling to serve the Lord. Our mission here at CMI is to fully immerse you in the daily tasks of full-time ministry to equip and ensure you get a complete view and understanding for how real dynamic full-time ministry operates.

In this internship you will sit under and learn from two Calvary Chapel pastors with over 50+ years of experience and be exposed to opportunities that will test your character and grow you in the calling the Lord has placed on your life. Our goal is to train disciples and servants who are ready and prepared for the work of the ministry wherever the Lord may call you. Has the Lord called you to join us?  

Through observation and evaluation, you will be given opportunities based off those gifts and abilities to grow and develop them to help pursue your calling. Not all opportunities are the same but are ministry specific, depending on what your focus will be. The purpose of this time is to let the Lord define and shape where He wants you, and to reveal to you the gifts He has given you to facilitate that call.

Over the course of your internship at CMI you will be placed in situations and given opportunities designed to aid in your character development. You’ll be equipped with resources to grow in your overall character and will be challenged to continually be submissive to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. The purpose of this is to let the Lord shape and mold us more and more into the image of Jesus Christ, so that we might be His disciples
